No. GoodFurYou provides gentle, everyday guidance.

2. Which animals are supported?

Dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and small pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters). We also cover basic fish care.
3. Do I need to add a pet to ask a question?

No. You can ask right away. Adding a pet helps personalize tips, and you can save up to three pets.
4. What kinds of questions can I ask?

Daily routines, calming ideas, enrichment, nutrition basics, litter box/house-training, shedding/molting, mild behavior concerns, and general wellness tips.
5. Why should I upload a video of my dog/cat?

It’s just a simple digital log, an optional 5–10s clip of movement or behavior that you can reference later. It also helps us tailor suggestions to your pet.
6. Is it free?

Yes, the basic experience is free to try.
7. How fast do I get an answer?

Right away in the chat. For urgent concerns, please contact your vet.
8. What information do you store?

Your name, email, and any pet details you choose to share so we can personalize tips.

GentleDog Canine Massage (Services)
1. Is my dog eligible for a massage?

All dogs must be at least six months old and in good health (as confirmed by your vet) to receive a massage.

Please present your dog’s most recent rabies vaccination records upon request.
2. How do I book and/or reschedule appointments?

Appointments and rescheduling requests can be made through this website, email, or by contacting us via our Facebook page.

We currently only serve the Northern and Western Melbourne suburbs, please contact us to confirm if your location is within our service area.

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance to avoid additional fees.
3. What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and no-shows will incur the full service charge.

Refunds are only provided if the service is canceled by Gentle Dog Canine Massage.

Session Environment: Appointments will be conducted in your home to ensure your dog’s maximum comfort. Please also allow sufficient time for your dog to acclimate to new people.

Comfort Items: Familiar toys or blankets may help your dog feel more secure, as long as they don’t distract from the session.
